1)first of all all mugen things have sound folders
2)what ever song you like just put it in there
3)go to your stages and open the .def file of a stage you want music on
4)look for:
[Music]
bgmusic =
bgvolume = 1600
5)where it says bgmusic =, add the name of the mp3 you want to use (has to be the exact name of the song or it won't work)
6)save it and yay you got music and go test it out

try to mess around with the volume i set mine to 1600 u can change it to how loud it can be (WARNING DO NOT SET IT TO OVER 10000 IT WILL BLOW YOUR SPEAKERS LIKE IT DID TO MINE XD)
